Hi there! Our products have a 30-day no questions asked return policy. If your dog doesn't fall in love or if you change your mind, just let us know within 30 days of your delivery date.
Please create a pre-paid return label below. We kindly ask for you to use the original vacuum bag and box to save on space. If you can not find your item, please send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Returns: Our products have a 30-day no questions asked return policy. If your dog doesn't fall in love or if you change your mind, just let us know within 30 days of your delivery date. While we know that your pup might want to roll around in dirt before sleeping in their new LAY LO bed, we kindly ask for you to clean their paws until you are confident that it will be their forever bed. Returns will receive a prepaid return label and once inspected, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $10 combined shipping and restocking fee. After 30 days, returns for dirty or damaged items will not be accepted.
Exchanges: If you’d like your item replaced for a different size or color, just let us know in the Return Center. We will provide a pre-paid label to send back your original item.
1 year Limited Warranty: We stand behind the Made-in-USA craftsmanship of each one of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing and workmanship defects outside of normal wear and tear. For full coverage and exclusions see below. We take pride in our product so if you notice anything out of the ordinary, please submit a claim by emailing us at email@example.com. We review messages daily and will get back to you within 24 hours.
This Limited Warranty excludes: (a) minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws; (b) normal wear and tear associated with intended use and washing; (c) stains, soiling, burns, dampness, wetness, mold or discoloration that occur over time; (d) individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities; (e) color variations; (f) changes in personal comfort preferences; (g) damage or abuse caused by failure reasonably to use and care for the Product; (h) commercial use; or (i) any combination of defects resulting from the aforementioned.
