Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped from our Brooklyn warehouse Monday-Friday.
Domestic shipping can take up to 3-8 business days, depending on the location. We typically ship USPS or UPS ground.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days. -
Shipping is free to domestic US states on orders over $100. Orders under $100 shipping to a domestic location are $5.
International shipping rates are calculated depending on shipping destination. -
Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100!

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe. The fees and VAT are calculated during the checkout process once you input your shipping address.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Returns & Exchanges

For LAY LO Beds and Bed Covers: if you have not opened the vacuum seal or original packaging, you will be eligible for a return or an exchange of size. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. LAY LO beds must be unopened for a return or a refund.
Liners, toys, and and other products must be unused to be eligible for a return.If you wish to return your items, knowing the above, please contact our team at support@laylopets.com for return details. Please provide your order number and photo of your product.
Return shipping of a LAY LO bed will be subject to a $20 return fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Other returned products will be subject to a $5 fee.
Once the product is received and passes inspection, the payment will be processed to the original payment method and the customer will receive an email notification.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made, pending the requirements are met in our return policy above. Email support@laylopets.com to request a refund. Please include your order number and photo of the packaged product.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.
In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.
In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of each one of our products.
That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing and workmanship defects outside of normal wear and tear. For full coverage and exclusions see below.
We take pride in our product so if you notice anything out of the ordinary, please submit a claim by emailing us at support@laylopets.com. We review messages daily and will get back to you within 24 hours.
This Limited Warranty excludes: (a) minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws; (b) normal wear and tear associated with intended use and washing; (c) stains, soiling, burns, dampness, wetness, mold or discoloration that occur over time; (d) individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities; (e) color variations; (f) changes in personal comfort preferences; (g) damage or abuse caused by failure reasonably to use and care for the Product; (h) commercial use; or (i) chewing and destructive activity not related to paws digging on fabric; (j) any combination of defects resulting from the aforementioned. -
If you have any issues within the warranty period, please reach out to support@laylopets.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we'll make it right.
